Respect our models' privacy. Do not screenshot, copy or distribute any part of our website, shoots or videos without permission.

Failure to respect our models' privacy may result in a permanent ban from NSA5.

Bookings & Authentication

Each model has a personal PIN issued after booking to authenticate the client. Please book timeously, as models can accommodate only one booking at a time.

Memberships & Refunds

Memberships are non-refundable except where refunds are required by law. Replacements are offered when a model refuses an agreed booking.

Membership Credits

Free credits are valid only while your membership is active and expire when membership ends.

Credits apply only to eligible memberships that include credits. Access/VIP is strictly pay-as-you-request.

Administration & Replacements

A R299 administration fee applies to recovering or replacing previously purchased contacts, shoots or other products that a client has lost.

This allows eligible clients to regain access without paying the full purchase price again.

Refunds & Chargebacks

For voluntary client-requested refunds, payment reversals or PayPal chargebacks, reasonable processing costs may apply where permitted by law and the payment provider's rules.

If NSA5 cannot deliver a purchased product or service, refunds to the original payment method are processed without an NSA5 administration fee.
